My poor, neglected blog!

As many of you know I'm a bit technilogically advanced when it comes to the advances made nowadays. I JUST got a blog thanks to Amy when this pregnancy began. Recently I found facebook (I know, what world do I live in?!) and between the two I can't keep up! I commend those of you faithfuls that document every moment on each and wish I could be more like you. However, knowing and loving myself I'll keep it real and admit that it likely won't happen...as much as I'd like it to. Uploading pictures to facebook is so quick and easy. However, I LOVE the journaling aspect of my blog. I wish I'd done more recently and plan to go back in an attempt to still capture the events/thoughts I've missed since 3/17.

Today I go to see the doctor for my 34th week. I'm in my 35th week now, but 34 weeks complete. Next week I start weekly appointments! How did that happen already?! I weighed 190 (yikes!) on my home scales this morning so I'm interested to see how that compares to the nasty scales at the doctor's office today at 9 am. Then we're going to the park with my friend from high school and her 2 boys for a picnic and maybe swimming - should be fun! Isaiah & Isaac can't wait! I wish my back wasn't hurting because there are so many things I'd like to & need to be doing. However, I'm just going to do what I can do and be thankful for that. I promised the boys at least one "fun thing" per day this week. Yesterday we went to Riverside Park for play date with Isaac's pre-k BFF, Judah, and had tons of fun! Then we went to Isaac's t-ball game, which was hysterical! They have improved as a team from last week so that was cool. Wednesday Lauren & Noah are coming over and Thursday morning Amy & Susie are coming for nursery touch-ups and in the afternoon we're going to visit 2 friends that had baby girls in late May - it's so fun to buy for babies and especially baby girls since I'm not used to that! Friday is open for a possible zoo trip for wet-n-wild days or some fun with our buddy Taye. In addition to all that fun we have 2 more baseball games tonight & tomorrow night for Isaiah's team (wednesday's is just because last week's game was rained out) and practice for Isaac Wednesday night as well. Hopefully these games won't also be rained out. Amidst all this fun I've been trying to wash baby clothes & put them away in case we have to go to the hospital earlier than expected again. I also feel good because yesterday we got the infant carrier in the van and I packed bags for me & baby to take to the hospital. I was so unprepared last Friday that it caused me to get prepared in case it happens again.

We were supposed to go to OKC this weekend for a wedding reception & a friend's little girl's birthday party, but in light of our trip to the hospital last Friday and the way I've been feeling I don't think we're going to make that one after all. Of coure, in place of that Isaiah has a birthday party to go to here. Well, my boys are now up and wanting cinnamon toast so off I go to parent these little people! Hopefully more blogging later!
