Day & Night #5

No real nap opportunities in the crib today as we had things to do all day. In the morning the napped while we were at Isaiah's baseball game - around 10:45 - 11:15ish. In the afternoon we had to go to Sarah's bridal shower so you fell asleep in the car & slept awhile there - around 1:45 - 2:30ish. In the evening we went to church and you fell asleep on the way home and then slept on daddy - around 6:30 - 7:30ish. Then at night time you nursed from 9:55 to 10:25 p.m. I put you down and at first you only cried 5 minutes and seemed to be asleep. After 5 or 10 minutes you cried some more but only briefly (under 5 minutes) and you were asleep. You then awoke at 3:30 a.m. and nursed in bed with us. I made the mistake of not putting you back in your bed so then you awoke to nurse again at 6:30 a.m. and again at 8:00 a.m. and then you were up. Now it's 9:20 and you're nursing again. You really do so much better at just sleeping when you're in your own crib - and mama and daddy sleep better, too! I'm going to try harder to put you back in there after the 3:30/4:30 a.m. feeding - it'll be better for all of us, I just have to stay awake myself to do so! Here's hopin and prayin!
